I have a set of suzuki LTZ 400 rims with 4x110 bolt pattern and a new set of holeshot 18 inch tires .I was going to try these on our eton viper but the centre is too small on the suzuki rims.Is there an easy fix to mount these?I was thinking maybe some wheel spacers would work as it would space the wheels out from the viper hub.Would grinding out the stock rims make them weak?

The best way to open them up is on a lathe. But you could take a piece of paper and make a template off of one of the stock rims and then trace it onto the suzuki rim so you can remove the mat'l evenly. I have done this on Blaster rims and changed the bolt holes to 4 on 110.

Hello, I would not mess with the hole in your 400 rim. Just get a wheel spacer and mount em up. Thats what I did for a very muddy race.

grind it out, it wont hurt. you have to do this on some of the aluminum rims to make them fit the fromt hubs.
