How do you tell if a-arms are standard travel or long travel? Thanks alot!
You can measure the length of the shock. The shortest LT I have heard of is 18.25". Anything less than that will be ST.

normally on LT a arms the shock mounts are below the a arms or they have a gullwing shape.
If the shock mount is in the stock location and the shock is similar to stock then you would consider it ST.

Right. LT arms have the shock mounts farther out toward the ball joint and/or under the arm to accomodate the longer shock. If the distance from the lower a-arm frame mount to the shock mount is the same as stock, it's a standard travel arm. "Long travel" refers to the amount of shock travel, not a-arm travel.
