Trust me , as soon as I'm over and done with my court case , you and Pappy are gunna have to duke it out ... cuz I'm gunna want one of you two guys to build me a quad .

Pappy ..... that quad ( if you decide on it) , will be an awesome machine for Cody . A future Pro in the making on that quad for sure .... and I think it'll give you the peace of mind that you wouldn't have to be wrenching on it all the time cuz he destroyed it !!!

I was actually very impressed with the way this quad turned out. I about didn't put graphics on it, but im glad it did. I think they really made the quad. It was an interesting and fun build. Now what can I build next? hmmm

Ill take better pictures tomorrow with a different camera, in the sun and post a few more up. I think it looks better in person than the pictures are showing.

Yes its lighter, yes it revs faster, no it dont have way less power though. I have heard low 30's rwhp stock in the bike chassis. Whats a 400ex 28? Reguardless of the numbers, put this on a track and I'll bet it will walk on most 400ex's. Not only that but being light, 250r geometry, T-pin front, no-link rear, pep's.... haha I bet it will handle like a DREAM!

Dang Cody it looks nice. You said you were going to have one of your buddys race it. Where are you guys going to be at? I seen another 250f at flora on saturday. I'm not sure who built it, but it had red 400 plastics with updog graphics. The shocks on it were works I think with red and black springs. Do you know who built that one? It had electric start...

Oh man, that bike would be perfect for Cody and Id love to see what he could do on it.

What exactly is t-pin? I always get confused with t-pin.:(

T-pin stands for the type front end. Laeger builds them and other companies like lonestar at one time made them also. The a arms have clevis style ends with attatch to the "t-pin" style spindle. The spindle is made with internal bearings on every pivot point, allowing a "bindless" steering setup. The stem also has the same style clevis/bearing setup in it. Alot of moving parts in the setup. I have ran a few of them on my other quads and also had a full laeger pro trax quad with it on it, the steering is Very light, no effort needed at all to turn. I also ran dual stabalizers on my t pins except for +4 setup i only ran one on it, it seemed to have less bump steer than the +3's.

This is the spindal on a tpin you can see what jrspawn is talking about because you can see the tierod ends and where the arm sand spindal connect

I've yet to ride a T-Pin front end hard(maybe at one of these next races). Teammate of mine has a full Leagers CRF with the T-Pin setup. Just the little cruise I did to take it to the Pressure sprayer, it felt so responsive, and......great.

I'd love to really take the bike for a ride.

Wow..It's like Pimp My Ride but with a quad. Question though..Would you sell it cheaper if I drove all the way there and picked it up myself?

oh man very very nice.. I agree with everyone else, that you build the sickest hybrids.

The only thing that I would change is cut down the exhaust 1-2 inches.

Any reason you didn't go with the 8 clicks up front? Just curious since you have the ARC on the rear.

I didnt really feel like waiting 5 weeks for a new set and I dont put shocks on a-arms that were not set-up for those a-arms(ie. buying a random set off ebay or something). I really doubt anyone will be "out riding" these shocks anyway.

Very true, and I agree about not just slapping some LT shocks not built for the arms. I see way too many people doing that. But anyways looks kick *** as always. Keep up the great work.
