Problem.........

Ok, guys i have a porblem. My bike is not getting any spark, and the two wires that are coming from the stator (yellow and white) are getting hot when i turn the key. I switched out the CDI Box, Rectifior,Coil, And I got a new stator. still didnt resolve the problem. I was just wondering if anyone had some backround on this... thanks alot

I will change the spark plug wire...

There is no spark plug wire on the YFZ. The coil and cap are all together.

Have you checked all the wires under the hood you'll have to remove the tape. Also check near the battery there's a connector with one wire that sometimes comes unpluged or breaks I think it's a green wire.

i checked every single wire. the whole harness is apart

Well theres your problem, you have your wiring harness ripped apart.

Spark plug
Ignition coil
Battery
Bad ground connection to the motor from the battery
Kill switch----take out of the circuit
TORS
CDI
Clutch switch
Loose/broken wire/plug connection somewhere
Run/off switch faulty
Key switch faulty
Bad starting circuit cut-off relay
Bad diode somewhere
