What paint to use?

I'm gonna buy a small pneumatic paint gun, and i have no idea what paint to use in them. I am planning on painting my 400ex frame, and possibly some other parts, like fenders, and helmets. Can anyone suggest what paint to use? I am new to this and could use a little info.

I would use an enamel, just one stage and is kind of durable. A suggestion on the gun (which you may already know), I would get a gravity fed gun. It will cut down on overspray and is more efficient on paint use. just make sure you keep your vent on the top clean. Hope that helps:ermm:

Some people don't have the money. Plus he could do it himself and not have to worry about shipping fees ect.
