This could possibly be one of the rarest Hondas made. So rare that Honda barely even acknowledges it's existence. First, a little history. In 1983 Honda offered the ATC110 in either blue or red. It's listed on the '83 sales brouchure and in the Honda model identification book as an optional color, I've even seen a few. Just before Christmas of '82, Honda built the '83 ATC70 in blue also, supposedly for a holiday giveaway. Rumor has it that each dealer would get one blue ATC70 to give away, they were not for sale. This would make total production about 1600-1800. The blue ATC70 is not shown on the '83 sales brouchure, and there's no mention of it in the ID book. The only documentation of it's existence is the small ad that Honda sent in the mail to anyone who had bought a new bike within a few years before the giveaway. I still have the ad, even after 24 years (I save everything). Well, to go along with the ad, I found this at a local swap meet this past weekend. For anybody who's interested, I would be willing to sell it, but only to a collector who's willing to restore it, not for somebody to take out and beat every day. The price will reflect the rarity of this trike, make an offer if you dare.

Restore? Looks pretty mint to me! Looks like maybe just the engine needs some cleaning up and new tires along with shining up the plastics.

VERY cool, if I had the money I would definately take that off your hands for ya'. I love old stuff, I ride a beater: '76 KZ400:blah: .

Pretty awesome find .

With something like that , that has a limited production , your best bet would be to find a large Honda dealership that has an interest in these things .... or that might have a large antique display .

I'd maybe even give Honda USA a call , they might have an interest in it , or lead you to someone that might want to buy it or who's been looking for one .

old hondas bring good money and that one is DEFINATLY RARE

we have a 1970 model honda trail 90 motorcycle its yellow with the brownish silver plastic pieces and chrome pieces all over and it had been in this old ladies shed since 1975 when her husband passed away she just forgot about it. we had gotten called to wrok on her house (my dad is an electrican and rarely does house calls but she was a sort of friend of our grandparents so we did) and i just so happened to see it out there and asked her if she'd take a couple hundred dollars for it and she did  i still havent gotten around to fully restoreing it but we cleaned it up and its runs and starts first kick (we had to clean the carb, tank and blow out the fuel lines and that was it). we ride it all the time just over to the barn or over to my grandparents, believe it or not but it still has the orginal tires and chain it was on a stand in that shed so it was so perfect, the chrome in some places is pitted and is gonna be fun to clean but as is we've had a honda shop offer us $3,500 thats not even restored im gonna hold on to it for as long as i can and soon my gonna finsih restoreing it and maybe in 2010 it'll bring in even more seeing it'd be 40 years old.

but really your trike should get you around 5,000 or more just need to find the right place interested

I'm going to post it up on the three-wheeler boards, but it would have to be a really good offer for me to let it go. I like it and the rarity just makes it that much more appealing to me. With a little bit of work and a few parts it could be perfect. Now if I could only find a chrome '86 Z50R.:D
