how do you take fronk forks off a mountain bike?????

If you look under by the handle bar you will see a bolt unscrew that bolt than it should pop right out.
Some bikes are different thought.

Remove the stem and then the locknut that holds the forks to the frame. The locknut also holds the headset in place.

ive looked for it the guys at the bike shop said it was pressued in or sumthin

What kind of MTB? Suspended or unsuspended? It really doesn't matter because both types have headsets and locknuts.

so this is the thing that gives the pressure to the fork to stay in place ill have to look its a dimondback soo it suspended ant the guys said sumtih could fly off and kill you but idk they just might be trying to get me not to try it but i dont have the cash to get them to do it??????

Post a pic of the locknut area on the headtube. Something similar to the gif I posted earlier.
