The screw i am talking about is on the carb. It is right by the choke lever when it is in the off position. I thought it was a screw you could adjust but when i did gas poured out of one of the overflow hoses. Is this normal?

thats a good idea to have a float bowl drain!! Wish i knew it was there when i was doing my jetting!
