i changed my 05 transmission oil level today the book says .55 of a litre so i put that amount in the trans after i warmed it up let it and let it cool down the oil still didnt flow out of the check hole. So i put in another .1 of a litre and no oil still. Should i keep filling it up till oil comes out?

Yeah 550cc's never seems to fill it up.

Every single time I fill mine up it seems to take just about 650cc's.

My engine also takes about 200cc more then the manual says.
If I put in the exact ammount they say to, and run it, once I shut it off the sight glass will be empty.

you can take the big alien head plug out and look in and see there the level is.
the one to the upper right of the of the check hole.

Add slowly though. It will go from no flow, to wont stop flowing! Ive seen other guys remove the large allen head plug (where timing marks are) You can 'see' the level like that too.

is this big allen head a view window such as the engine side or an open hole where oil can flow out?

Yes, If you use the big allen head plug, you fill to the bottom of that hole (you can 'see' it) instead of the spill method.
