best air filter for 400ex

i am going to get a new air filter for my 400ex i was wondering Wat the the good wons out there.
WATS the go wit the k&n wons with the Wavey wons r they any good.

I have a UNI and love it.
K&N's are good but will ruin a motor. Or so people say.

I have a k&n and an aluminium bracket instead of the airbox. I like my set-up. Not good if you bomb through mud and water though.

i am going to get a UNI soon for my 400 when i get it back. i read reports on both K&N and UNI and from what i read K &N takes in more air like it is supposed to but doesnt clean the air as well. and it is more expensive but a one time buy.

Its true that K&N can let in more unfiltered air, but thats what prefilters are for.:p
