Boogie Board Rash

Ok so i just came back from the beach and of course i have sun burn but i also have like boogie board rash. Im sure the people who have gone boogie boarding without a rash guard or shirt know what this is.... Does anyone know what type of rash or the name of it or even like a cream to put on it to help it go away?

Yes, I get them all the time, I put this Zinc cream stuff on it.

Just put some good lotion on it. I don't think it really has a name. It's basically just friction burns. I had the same thing a couple weeks ago when I came back from Myrtle Beach. It definitely makes the nips hurt a bit.:o

buy a rash gaurd at ur local surf shop, thts all i can say, been there and had your problem, it was worth evry penny for the rash gaurd

Yeah, I learned my lesson from that my fist year down to the shore, I bought a rash gaurd after that! I still have scars from the rash that was onthe underside of my forearm :mad:

I could never get a rash cause i was 2 much a pus pus to jump those things on the waves.. my cousin is saweeeet he goes on forever but he is like 100-120 pounds and im like 160 soo he flys lol he is also good at jumpin the waves lol ahh man i wish i was in the outerbanks.. and not recovering from nose surgery:mad:

The best thing i found is the zinc oxyde cream.. Just buy some diaper cream for kids. Diaper rash is basicly the same thing.
