my whole electrical system quit on me!!!!!!!! my lights, starter switch, nuetral light. i don't know what happened. i can still start my 400 by using a wire on the little cylinder thing(starter selenoid???), but the lights still don't work. anybody have any ideas??:( :confused: :(

Sounds like some fuses are out maybe due to a short in the wiring.

thanks jabberjaw, but...
...being the dumb azs that i am! the fuse was blown, but that didn't make a difference. if you look at your starter selenoid, there are two yellow wires coming out of it, one has a green stripe and the has a red; i disconnected them both up the wire a bit and connected them with a wire i have. tell me if i'm wrong, but shouldn't those two wires connected start my quad??? :huh
one of those wires goes up to my stock clutch lever/pertch assembly(green stripe) and the other goes to the starter button/light swtich assembly(red stripe). i'm completly lost. some one lease help, i'm begging!!:( :confused: :( :confused:
