Ya its an 05. The motor is completly done, 426. Stage 2 hot cam, JE piston, port/polish, and all the little things. Full HMF pipe, tusk nerfs, maire hood, cut the plastics my self. Trail tech lights, speedo gauge, and other stuff just can't think of them.

Nice 400. I noticed the tires, do you ride mostly motocross? I was just wondering, cuz I have never seen those tires on a quad that had shocks. I always see them on drag bikes.

My bike is street legal, so i use those as my street tires for the road. The brand is Duro.

Please explain to me how this is street-legal. I don't see any blinkers.

No, here in arizona you can street legal atv's. They didn't even look at my quad when i when down to the DMV. They said since its an 05 it automatically passes inspection. All i need to have is a mirror.

How expensive are the speeding tickets and what gearing are u running for the road ?

The 3 day i got it street legal, i got pulled over for speeding. I was going 65-70 in a 35. That was before i put the speedo gauge on it. I took driving school and avoided a 250 dollar ticket. As for gearing its 15 front, 38 back. I haven't really changed it because i still ride the dirt and dunes.

Man I wish I was you. #1 reason being that I could ride on the road legally. #2 reason being that my ex would look like that.

i would have thought a speedometer and signals would be a requirement...

Arizona I believe allows most vehicles on the road as long as they have lights. Turning signals I believe can be avoided by using Hand Signals (i use them on my streetbike in NY with no signals). Heck you can drive golf carts with lights in AZ it was crazy when I lived in Pheonix.

No, not really. they just stare. Ive had this one guy pull up to a stop light with me and i guess he had a police scanner and told me not to go in a certain area because theres cops there now. I still when that way to see if he was right, and there were 3 cops just sitting there out of sight.

those tires must vibrate like mad on the pavement?

yub350
07-18-2006, 01:06 PM
They probably do, but im so used to them i can't even feel it. Before i got these tires, i was still using my dirt tires. those vibrated like crazy.
