I noticed in the current issue of Dirt Wheels on the article they are doing for their project LTR-450 about a "PowerNow" plug-in module for the EFI throttle body. It showed a picture of it, and it is suppose to increase bottom end a little bit, and possibly broadend the power a bit. Did anyone read this article? Does any one have this little gizmo installed on their LTR's?

If so, how does it work in conjunction with the mods that I have listed below on my LTR?

Yet, more proof that Dirtswheels has no clue.. lol.

The PowerNow is as you said, a "gismo". That's it.

its a blade that helps split the incoming air. it forces the air to move forward insted of spining. most of the power is downlow as said and i have herd of some guys loosing some top end. i have one of these on my 450r and love it. i really dont know why some ppl have a beef with DW, or even elka for that matter. i have both and they are great.

It does help some on low rpms to help get the air fuel mixture
but a quad with efi dosent need it just those sluggish carbs!
