What are some really good places to ride around the Birmingham area? I went to Stouts Mountain in Hanceville this past weekend and it was nice but really dusty and planning on going to The Ridge in Spingville this weekend. So I was just wondering if anyone knew any other good places to ride around? I ride a raptor 700 and the others who normally ride with me are a yfz450r, predator 500, 400ex, trx450r, and a kfx400.

There used to be some of the best riding in the South in and around Birmingham; Sayree, Adamsvillle, Helena, Irondale, Fultondale...... The best pipelines I have ever been on were in B'ham, but as far as I know subdivisions have crept into all the trails and do not know of any where to ride except for the pay to ride parks which suck. The last time I rode around the Birmingham area we parked @ I-65, exit 275 and rode a pretty good bit, don't know if that is still a place or not you can go to.

I ride near Birmingham sometimes, let me know if you want to ride sometime and we can meet up. I'm actually riding this Saturday and will probably go to the Ridge just for the convenience (a friend bought a new LTR450 and Raptor 700SE at the same time and wants to break one or the other in). I've rode Wilborn's ATV Trails a few times this year too and it's decent. Have you tried Kentuck ORV near Oxford?
