450r shocks

I have put the shocks on my 400 and i love them but what ways can you adjust them, i know the springs but what are the 2 adjustments on the top and bottom of the shock

Top is compression (shock comming up,front end going down) turning in toward H makes it stiffer


Bottom is rebound (shock extending out,or how fast you bike comes back up) turning in slows it down.
