want to trade my '02 Raptor 660 for a 400ex

Not a thing wrong with it, I just moved into an area with SERIOUSLY technical trails and the Raptor does not do as well as a 400ex in those situations.

It is mostly 4x4 quad guys but they ride Wagon Wheel and H&M a lot.

I know a guy that may trade you a 400ex for your raptor. Its an 03 model. That is just as fast as my buddies 04 660 with pipe, exhaust, and cam.

The motor is stock. My uncle (a motorcycle mechanic for 11 years) said the intakes look brand new and the cam, valves and springs are in pristine condition. It is blue in color and the plastics are in great shape. It has ITP Holeshots on it, although I would recommend putting stock 20's in the rear (it is now running on 22's.).
I just need a good trail bike. The longest straight stretch around here is like, a half a mile. The Raptor has WAY too much for what I need it for.

As you can see by my signature, I used to have an EX. Some cockhair stole it (thank God for insurance). I let my brother talk me into the Rappy. He is all about raw power and speed. Believe me when I tell you the Raptor is VIOLENTLY fast. I just like to get lost in the woods and find my way out.

Buddy has a raptor. Its powerful but handles like crap. His has been a POS which makes me nervous about getting one.

I don't know..... at least $3800. I do NOT mind trading for a slightly less expensive ex. I have it listed in the local trading paper for $3800, and if i sell it, I am just going to turn around and buy an EX.
I just thought it might be easier this way.:)

Sometimes the treo makes things look smaller. It is a 660, and it is a physically BIG bike.

Yea it looks stubby lol. Buddy has a 660 raptor so I have alittle experience on one.

I might be interested actually. I kind of hate to get rid of my 400ex but the 660's power would be cool.
