haha i know how u feel. i had to go to the doctor today cause i pulled my hamstring in my left leg when i got my foot stuck in the straps on my nerf bar. my foot stayed stuck and i fell, stretched jus alittle more than i thought possible lol but dumber things have happend..:p

I ha a couple freinds die of the same thing and it killed them the next day, they didnt wake up its called rear thigh semilusion and they just never woke up it blocks off your blood to your legs and you then have to much blood in you stomach area and it floods your body with blood basically, so pretty much you are ******
