carb wet spot

when i was tightning my chain up i noticed at the bottom of my carb it was kind of wet and lately ive been fouling plugs so what the heck is wrong it feels kind of doggish too so i was thinkin maybe a pluged needle or main jet or something but please help me out.sorry i dont have a pic cus my camera is crap.

stuck float. your float needle valve is stuck, causing too much fuel to come into the carb. teh unused fuel drains out the overflow causing the wet carb and it also make the bike run rich causing the doggish feeling and fouled plugs. take to bowl off and clean it well. remove the float and needle and clean out the needle seat.

is it possible to show me a pic of the float needle so i know what im up against how long would it take to do that,if u cant get a pic its ok and thanks alot.
