Only 1 Front Brake Grabbing

On a dirt road, when I grab the front brakes, only the left side will lock up. When I'm in the garage with brakes on, the right side is grabbing, but I am able to turn the wheel with some force. I bled both sides, didn't seem to be any air in the lines. Calipers aren't cracked and all lines are tight and not leaking. This is on a 96 Warrior. Do you think that something could be wrong inside that caliper?

Considering your Warrior is ten years old it would be time to do a rebuild on both front calipers. If one isn't working correctly chances are the other one isn't too far off either, just rebuild them both while you're at it.

You mean piston's and seals right?

Yes sir. Also, take a look at your pads as well if they're worn down or worn unevenly replace them.
