Anyone else bought from this guy

I sent this guy the money he was asking for ac propegs and tag x-5 handlebars and he still hasn't responded back to me letting me know if hes recieved or if he has shipped my parts yet?

Please let me know if you've bought anything off him and had this kind of luck or if you know anything about it.
