06 Blaster problem! HELP!!

I have recently bought a 06 Yamaha blaster. I recently took the front fenders off of it. After I took them off I seen that I had one of the fender mounts sticking out from under the frame. It wasnt the fender bar that is black and goes though the frame. It was the one that was, I think wielded onto the frame I was wondering if there was anyway to get that little silver bar off of the frame that is a fender mount???

Dude, just cut it, but i dont see why you guys want to cut the front fenders off it looks like ****
