cam tensioner leak

well ive figured out i got a leak from my cam chain tensioner... the bolts seem to be stripped so would it be okay to remove the tensioner and helicoil it? just not sure what would happen with the metal shavings.....

heres what i did i silconed the heck out of it and it worked for a a long time but then eventually had to buy a new one
