Wr Crank Install

Has anyone rode on a yfz with the WR450 crank and piston?? I just ordered a WR crank and piston set, says to give you a little more compression but not over kill for reliability. The motor building i talked to recommended it over the 06 crank set up. Just curious, i'll give you guys a full report in about three weeks, its going to take awhile to get this done i gotta send my cases for the oil mod.

i just got the wr kit in mine, youl love it. it ripps, so much more power all the way around. well worth the money

the only bad part about the wr kit is that the wrist is smaller then the 06 model so the wrist pin is at greater risk of failing over the 06 crank for the quad. it is almost a must for the oil mod on the high compression piston to keep the wrist pin oiled under the the add stress. that is would i see in all the big bore that use the bike pin piston
