how much compression should i have with either a 10:1 416 kit or a 11:1 416 kit..i think my rings are gone

Might as well put in an 11:1 you can still run pump gas (93) on it too.

by what he said...im pondering on what he has would be a 400ex which he might bore out to a 416. that would be the most logical answer.

I think he is talking about how much cylinder pressure, like a compression test that tells pounds of compressed air. My guess would be no less than 120psi or so. :ermm:

well the stock compression ratio specs are 100-125psi. so yes i would imagine a fair bit more.
