Spark plug cap problem

Im working on my friends 04R and took the spark plug cap off to change the plug. The thing is when I took the cap off it was in 3 peices. There was a fuse and the part that attatchs to the plug was still on the top of the plug. From the looks of it to put it back together i need to put the fuse in then the other part screws into the cap, is this right?

Ok I dropped the fuse looking peice into the cap then threaded the next part in until tight. Ill have to wait intil morning to see if it will run, hopefully this was the right way to do this.

There should be a spring that goes in before the fuse. This same thing happened to me on my 06. We put blue lock tight on the part you screw in to make sure that it did not happen again. You shouldn't have any trouble.
