Actually, I just bought that pipe and was suprised to see it go so cheap. It arrived today and seems to be in pretty good shape except for a big ding and a small ding with what appears to be a tiny crack 1/16-1/8 in. total. I'm going to try to solder it tomorrow or maybe just put it on and see if it leaks. I got tired of my fmf fatty not having any bottom end power, hopefully this pipe is all everybody says it is. On a side note, will regular length pipe springs work on the middle of the pipe, or do I have to get some from Sparks? Thanks.

no you do not have to get springs from sparks... just measure how long they need to be, and buy springs a bit shorter so that they will strench and keep the pipe snug...

Thanks for the link, I guess this pipe must be a 87-89 mx pipe as it took some work to get on a 86. Anyways, a little solder fixed the tiny crack and it sounds pretty good. There is some goofy orange crap(rtv, silicone?) where the fat part of the pipe joins together, and it seems to come apart a little when revving it up. I'm going to find a shop that sells shorter springs(local honda place only sells one length), and hopefully that'll fix it. I just need to get some carrier bearings and then I'll try it out, it has to be better than a fatty pipe.
