removing rear axle on 06

Buddy is tryin to remove his axle on brand new 06 YFZ...cant get it to come out...can someone list steps to removing...all sprockets are off..brake hub and sprocket hub...there is one pin next to sear on carrier...does thiss need to be removed..if so..how..its so hard to reach adn spread apart? thanks

thanks man...should have read on farhter...i havent removed the circlip so i bet thats what it is

I just replaced mine and the clips are a pain. I used a screwdriver and got it started on one side and worked the screwdriver all the way around. Once that is off, its a piece of cake.
