Went to the doctors got my cast off and then......

I tried moving my arm all around and it hurt like a B****.....
This was my fifth cast so im pretty used to it.
Anyone else have or had broken bones???

ya man i just broke my wrist and broke my back 3 months ago, I came up short on a 70 foot double and was about 12 feet high on my snowmobile. My wrist had to get pinned and my back had to get fused.

But I can still walk

yeah i had my left wrist broken in football .... it was fractured all up the forarm and my joint popped out or sumthin.... and it wasnt a clean break.... but im all good now and hope Phills450r and Hondaracing have a speedy recovery

It took me about a month to get any kind of movement in my leg after I came out of a cast . It took me 3 months of physio and about 2 months of at home self-deciplined physio to get my range of motion back . I'm still not at 100% and probably will never be because of muscle and nerve damages .

yup also snaped my right forarm in two. SICK! lol and i broke my hand one time nuttin major.

Broke left ankle ( Went to washington hospital, they told me it was just sprained real bad, told me to stay off of it for a couple weeks and I would be fine. 4 months later it still hurt bad. Went to an orthpedic doctor. He told me it had been broken not sprained. Got a cast. Almost had to have surgery.)

Sprained left ankle atleast half a dozen times.

Tore 2 ligaments in left ankle not too long ago. Had surgery to sew them back together. Allergic to pain pills.

If I mess up my left ankle again I am pretty much screwed. I have to wear a brace anytime I do any type of running activity the rest of my life. It hurts daily. I am healed up now.

I had a compound fracture in my leg, broke straight thorough both the tibula and fibula, which required 2 rods put into my leg to keep it together. Once i got out of the cast the biggest thing was therapy for my ankle because i hadnt moved it in like 6 months.

When I was 8 I had this crazy idea that I could do a back flip on my blaster…attempt felled but I did do a back flip I just didn’t land it
BTW I'm 15 now so its been a long time since my arm broke

left arm... flew off the bike (pedals) lol but never hurt my crazy self on a quad :P

Im usually sore too after a break or something. Probably because of not having movement in that area.

Toes and fingers are just from small things
Broken Arm and tore some stuff a while ago (snowboarding)

It probably hurts because you haven't been moving it around that much. Once you start moving it it should feel better. I've broke my wrist a long time ago and after the cast came off it really hurt to move it because I haven't moved it in 3 months. Just start moving it alittle bit if it still hurts after a week I would go back to the Doc.

THanks Hondaracing... i hope ur appointment goes well! oh yeah i dunno if this if from blows to my nose or if i was born with it but i had a deviated septum ( my left airhole was block partially, hard to breath) soo i had surgery on that and just last night i got hit in the nose and it was bleeding and i dunno if i ****ed it up again cause its been 6 months and my friend was drunk he hit me as hard as he could... damn beer! oh well i just hope i dont need surgery again.. yep soo im seeing the doc tomorrow..

broken right arm, broken right leg(2 years old) broke both foots, all my fingers, countless sprains and the bad thing is there was only once on a four wheeler or dirtbike and that was rescently i sprained both wrist and an ankle
