engine leaking fluid

so theres engine oil or trans oil whatever dripping from the part in the pic (http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=7/19001403065.jpg&s=f10) on the right case and was wondering if it was just a gasket or if there could be something else wrong

mines doing the same thing...it was because i put in way to much oil, i took some out and put the right amount in and it slowed the leak, but now i need a new gasket

well i just tightned it up and now nothing leaks? so i was just the gasket is my guess not seated right but now i think it fine

mine shouldnt be....i just replaced it...and its leaking from where the case meets the case halves...
