the warrior, and raptor shocks are the same, the raptors resivor is mounted on the shock, the warriors isnt. no big diffrence that i know of. they are bolth running the same swing arm, frame, ect. even the front shocks are the same

I been looking at that and rear does not fit if you look at the bottom of the YZF rear shock its a U shape and the the warrior has a different kind of linkcage I wish they were the same.

Only the 2001 660 rear shock fits the warrior. Its the only year with a remote reservoir. 02 and up will require some cutting to fit.

Correct, the 2001 660 raptor rear shock is the only year that will work. The newer years have piggyback rezzies and will need airbox cutting for them to work. With the raptor shock the warrior will sit up slightly higher in the rear. Nothing a little preload can't handle. If I still owned my warrior I'd put a raptor shock on it too, but I would make up my own lowering braket so I can use all the preload still.

The front YFZ shocks will work better on the 660 raptor and banshee. The warrior shocks are 1.5-2" shorter than the yfz shocks. This will put the a-arms at a strange angle and same as the ball joints. I don't recommend using these shock on a warrior without extened a-arms and a lower shock mount relocation, welding it farther down on the a-arm. Again, if I had my warrior still, this would be a must mod for me.
