My muffler is kind of rusty. Is it possible to re-chrome it? Could i just spray it with spray paint? By the way, here is a picture so you can see what im talking about, but its kindof had to see, its the pipe leading from the engine to the muffler itself.http://s52.photobucket.com/albums/g21/yteka99/?action=view&current=19bd0480.jpg&refPage=&imgAnch=imgAnch1

That Jet - hot I hear is awesome. It keeps your ride cooler unlike powder coat that keeps the heat in

Yea, that makes sence. Seeing as grills probably get hotter than a muffler pipe. How's that working out? Any chipping etc?

Spray paint will eventually flake, which isnt helping your exhaust, Jet Hot coating will make it last alot longer, no surface rust or any of that crap.

What the hell are you talking about? Nobody said anything about buying a new pipe.

I think you should just get a sparks x-4 pipe.

The reason why i want to do it so cheap is beacuse i have to buy a truck in a couple months and im still 2000$ short, gotta save big time.

I looked at your other pictures, i see you have a "buttplug" on the back of your exhaust, my friend has one of those on his warrior, he just wont remove it.

Yea...that would be a spark arrestor. And you need to have one to ride michigan trails. The DNR or w/e will just deny your machine or if they catch you on the trial they give you some kind of ticket.
