help~ tire won't pop on bead

I got a set of klaws for my Quadracer I got the 1 to go at 45 lbs it finaly went but this other 1 just don't wanna go. I had it up to 50+ lbs. still 1 side would not pop. I tried wd and dish soap. I guess with higher pressure it would either go or blow. The tire says don't exceed 15 lbs when mounting. I'm gonna use starting fluid if anybody doesnt have a better idea.

put the tire up like it would be on the quad and put your air hose on
then push around on the middle of the tire we had this same problem witha damn BOB Cat tire pain in the arse finally did this and it popped right on try that if that dosent work i will think of somthing else.

Yep, using a strap and dish soap will more than likely do the trick.
