anyone running kendas on their 450r, please posts some pics.

either with, klaw-klaw or knarly-klaw

also, how do they run size wise? are the 20" rear taller than or same as stock? how about the fronts? u know some tires run bigger than listed.

thanks.....

I was running the Klaw Knarly set up for XC worked great after almost 3 years of using my Knarly rears i finally popped one and it still had more than 95% tread they are great tires and i road in race type conditions is why they didnt wear very much i have switched toa razr rear with Klaw frotns and it works just as good and actually lets me slide a bit more!

i dont know if you are talking about them for mx or xc but my mx klaws work awsome. good bite, predictable slide, and the longest wear time i have ever gotten out of any tire. il try and osy some picks later

I have the MX Klaw F/R. Ill never use another tire. They work fantastic. NO WAY will you find a tire that performs like this for 40$ a pop.

probly run a local xc series [the 2nd half] so im thinking to go with
knarly rear/ klaw front.

the place i ride at mostly, has 5 mx tracks and 100 miles of trails, so i need them [the tires] to handle anything i throw at them. i'll hammer the track for 20 minutes, then hit the trails for a while.

did a search but only found a pic with klaw front and rear

Which Kenda is better for XC styled riding?

well, i have run mostly MXR's and MXR4's but i definitely like the hook up and predictability, wear of the kenda's. they also work very well on holeshot and the most noticeable hook up is coming out a corner full throttle!

here's a pic...20" front and 18" rear

i think if you do both mx and xc go for a 20 inch. unless u race mx and only hav fun doing xc or the other way around, then get the tire for your biggest need.

you could always try a 20in front with a 20in rear, that would give yea the effect of the smaller front with the better handling, and then the rears would give you enough clearence for xc
