I just got back from doing some dyno runs with my new head. It was portred using a software program and I did the ride and dyno test. I now have a graph to go along with the flow chart. It shows that there is room for change and will be done on another head. But now we know what is going on. 54hp is coming soon. REAL SOON. See my signature for mods.

Could you talk more about this? Are doing your own porting or just designing it or...? What's involved in using software for porting?

Just saw your website. All that testing data is great. I like how you show the mods that were done and then test the results.

Plus I like the ski stuff (750SXi rider). :D

Does whatever software you're using speed up R&D time or something?

The porting was a joint venture between WppRacing and Wicked Motors. Wicked Motors is now part of Watercraft Performance & ATV and will provide cylinder porting and valve work. We are still in the R&D stage and now that we have the needed info, changes will be made and improved with the next cylinder head. More HP will be coming soon. All will be done using the STOCK Carb.

The head is now off and getting some changes made. This should put it close to 54hp. I will be doing a ride test next weekend and then dyno it again.
