and a 1997 banshee.......banshee needs some things..new tank, and maybe tubes for the rear tires. the frame is a little tweaked in the back. i got it like that. the kill switch also does not work.

No offense but your asking too much... I sold that same exact truck for 1200 in about the same condition and the banshee is not worth 3800. Try lowering the price to see if someone bites.
