i have a 97 300ex with 400ex a-arms and carb wiseco piston cam and titanium valve springs lsr dual row bearing carrier and a crappy old supertrapp exhaust i have a bent axle and when i upgrade to the 400 shocks on the front will a 400 swing arm fit and can i use the 400 rear shock

I no this doesnt really deal with your question but how good did your 400ex a-arms fit on your 300ex. Also did you have to change anything to put them on?

they bolt right up you have to use the 400 tie rod rods and mine has 300 spindles and 400 brake lines also you cant use 400 shocks unless make a bracket that moves them up an inch or so
it works good but havin 400 shocks will make a huge difference

A 400ex swingarm will fit but i think you kinda have to costumize it and i think you have to use a 400ex shock.
