OKay so I have an '05 416ex. Well my buddy got his golf cart stuck. So he walks to my house and in my driveway is an F-250 powerstroke. Instead of gettin the truck he walks over and gets on my 4 wheeler. He said it pulled it back to his house fine. I was not there i don't know what he meant by fine. Well we get the stuff together to go ridin yesterday evening. He's on the 416 and i'm on the 700 Raptor. He says it acin funny. So I ride it and I start cussin up a storm. The clutch is slippin sometin terrible.

Now my question is: What is the best replacement clutch?

I agree w/ never lettin him ride it again. But I didn't want him on the 700 Raptor. He knows how to ride. I sold him my '03 KX 125. I just don't think he knows that a sport 4 wheeler is made for pullin. The only thing i ever pulled w/ it was a Blaster w/ someone on it out of the woods b/c his piece of junk fouled out all the plugs we had brought w/ us.

I bought a TUSK clutch kit from rockymountainatv.com and for cheap price its pretty amazing... thats what I would go with.

My EBC dirt racer clutch is working very well. I was going to go with the Tusk clutch but I read mixed reviews about it.

Plus it was never in stock. Decided to order the EBS kit from a local dealer.

Wouldn't the oem one do just fine. Except for the price. Or when your go up to a 416 you should upgrade the clutch too.

I probably should have upgrade the clutch when i did my motor work. I have heard that Hinson is really good, and if you get there clutch cover your crankcase will hold half a quart more fluid. I dont see how that couldn't help the cooling process and lubrication.

Does anyone have first hand experience w/ the hinson clutch. My friend recommende the EBC clutch. Is there a difference in the clutch when it says it is a race clutch.

Different topc: WHat is a good aftermarket carb for the 400ex? I heard Edelbrock's were junk and I don't want one from a 450r. Help on either subject would be appreciated.!!
