protective equipment?

What is needed for trail riding protective gear wise? I wear a helmet and goggles and gloves and boots. I know i could baught more suck as shin guards/chest protector etc... But for mostly open wide not tricky trails with some really tight stuff, how much protection should i buy? Like, what should i buy?

just get a chest protector. i didnt think id like it until i got it. i feel alot more 'complete' you could say. you could deffently use one for trails, the first time you go over the bars and land on a big stick that could go through your back, youll be happy your wearing a chest pro.

i ride with my helmet, goggles, shift jersey, chest protector, camelback, shift pants, boots, gloves. they are all very important in different ways.

Is there a good brand i should try and look for? Keep in mind im 15 and dont have a well paying job.

shift has very well priced, and great quality chest protectors
