450r Sparks Aggressive drop-in cam f/s/t

I need to sell or trade my Sparks Aggressive drop-in cam, 10 hrs MAX, perfect, no wear whatsoever. I bought it thinking it would work in my 06, but i am now being told that it doesnt match up. So make any offers of $$$ or parts for an 06 trx450r.

All the cams are interchangable.

the 04-05 head is different from the crf derived trx06. There are people say yes and some say no. It would be well worth it to see if it fits.

The problems have been with the clearances between the base lobe and bucket, not having the room to fit the right shim in.

DirtDevilBT and I both run a 02' CRF cam-which is basically the SparkS cam your are selling. I ride and 06' and have had no problems at all. I know of others over on the .org that are too. I am not sure who told you it would not work but I have had it in my bike for over 8 months now and no problems yet!

What kind of power is this Sparks cam supposed to make for the 05?

^^^ an as.s load of bottom end and midrange power, with a nice gain in upper range power. I coupled mine with a 12.25:1 piston and portwork and my shoulders keep coming out of their sockets.

yes, it is not a high lift or quick ramp cam. Springs are more for people who havehigh lift cams and pistons they are worried about hitting the valves and run rev boxes.
