1989 250R key wanted

I am in need of just a key for a 89 250R. Does anyone have one or know where to get one?

i have just a key , as i threw the barrel out . you can have it for the post cost . why you need just a key ?

Thanks, I will gladly cover the postage. This is a restoration project I am working on. I have the key pad w/ holder but no key. Let me know how much the postage is. Thanks again.

hate to tell you, but any key will not work in any key switch. You need to the mating key to the lock set. Use the key switch from a crf50 its nearly identical to a 250r one and it available, all 250r key switches are gone. I tried ordering them, next 87 atc200x key switch and I had the part number for a 87 350x key swtich(if one really exists or ever did), same with a 87 atc 250r key switch.

yeah that was my next question to you .. you realize this is JUST a KEY and not the barrell assembly so it wont work unless you get clever with a file ...
. also its not mint so you probably wont want to use it ?
