Where is the best place to buy the kit at, and is the performance real noticable with a JE 13-1 and HMF exhaust.

Ebay is the cheapest place to get it. You will absolutley be able to tell a difference. Probably the best mod you could possibly do to the 450r

Agreed...Epay is the cheapest I found. I paid 279.00 for my '06 kit
