400ex rear axle bearings R&R

can anyone tell me how to or where to find exact instructions for replacing rear axle bearings on my 01 400ex?

you should get the honda repair manual if you want exact instructions. If not then do what i did...clean the carrier really good....put it in the over for about 15 minutes to heat up those bearings then bring it back to the garage and the bearings should come right out......you should be able to bang the carrier on something hard.....the bearing on that end will slide to the end of the carrier housing...from the other end use a punch and tap it out....repeat on the other side.....
