scale of 1-10 ten being the loudest LRD
can anyone help me out

If you are even slightly worried about noise I would scratch the LRD off of your list. I would say that it is somewhere around 103DB or higher.

sound check for me was an illegal 102db. They sound good but they are loud.

I got sound checked at a harescrammble race in Logan ohio.
