clutches not engaging!!!

ok i tried to put a wb easy pull clutch piece on my 4wheeler. it never would engage the clutch so i took it off and now u cant pull the clutch in gear and roll the back tires on lift. what should i do. i think i put the settings on the perch and the engine adj. anyone please help

all i can guess is it needs to be adjusted. other than that:confused:

Have you tried to adjust the clutch cable down at the right side of the motor where it attaches to the engagement arm?
