Are the SubFrames the same on the 2005 as the 99-04's?

Almost. The part numbers are different and the color code is slightly different. The only thing different I see between the two are the two little posts sticking out to the side near the grap bar on the 05-up. Mounts for the newer style plastic maybe?

The lower right one is the 05-up.
