radiator scoops & axle

then start saving for a-arms & front shocks, then a rear shock.

I would actually do motor first on that until I got use to the handling and know how to put the handling to use.

If you ride trails, go ahaead and get skid plates, the shocks can be sent to Ohlins and revalved for your weight and riding ability. There are numerous things you can do to it, but cost more than 500 bones. There is nothing really to be done to the motor like Nausty said, you can put an exhaust on it and remap, but it will be three times as loud.

I ride Trails and sand dunes. Where does anyone sell aftermarket c-dale parts? And any ideas on how to make it look better?

R&S Performance (http://www.rsperformance.net) specializes in Cannondale. You can find Cannondale parts from most all the manufacturers now. Let me know what you are looking for and I can steer you in the right direction.

Here is a sorry picture of my Speed.

If you want you could convert it into 250R plastic, a company in dirt wheels did it, but you have to buy like a $400 dollar, one gallon aluminum gas tank just to make the plastic fit!! haha but the best thing you can do for your appearance IMO is to get a carbon fiber hood, with hood scoop...... makes them look tougher........ later

I think to start with im gunna get

1-AC nerf bars
2-AC bumper
3-Denton Steering Damper
4-Motion Pro Twist Throttle
5-Pro Design Kill Switch
6-HMF exhaust

It is over $500...but oh well!

For what you want --

AC nerf bars- $150.00
AC Bumper- $60.00
Denton damper- $140.00
Motion pro- $45.00
Pro design(won't work) Pingle kill- $50.00
HMF exhaust and remap- $200.00

This is an estimate. Coiuld be a little less.

I don't keep up with how much I spend on my quad, it's not fun if you do that!:blah

It's nice to have a 4 stroke quad that pulls modded R's and Banshees out of the crate! The nerfs are a must, kill switch, and I would probably say some aftermarket wheels; the stock ITP's on the rear are worthless in my opinion. JIM
