I'm not really interested in them big time, but I think they are pretty neat. My uncle has an old Ford tractor that's probably older than that. It's ooooollldd.... It's blue and white. Very nice, but he uses it to mow the grass (you can't tell it's used at all).

yeah and if it wasnt for those old tractors our forefathers woulnt of eaten and you probly wouldnt be here.. the technology they had then is awesome and all motors now are... advancement of what they had then, they were alot smarter than us in a sense taht they came up with all of that technology, we just refined it

My dad and I have a few. We have a John Deere 40 utilty model, 2 John Deere 50's, a John Deere 630 (restored), John Deere 520, and a John Deere 720 diesel with the pony motor (restored). If you couldn't tell we like the color green. These are great tractors and this is what we use around the farm. We have about 60 acres and all of them get used on a regular basis. Putt, putt tractors all the way. I agree with Chicksdigme423, the technology they had them was awsome and they in my opinion were the real engeers.

I work at a farm equipment business and I love tractors but really only the old ones with a new paint job and blow alot of black diesel smoke, me and my dad redid a Allis Chalmers 2 years ago and gave it a new orange paint job, a new engine, new exhaust stack and all new gauges and its nice and now we are in the process of making it a pulling tractor.

www.schaeperkoetter.com they allis chalmers is not listed on they however becuase its ours not the businesses, but I will hope to take pictures..

I love old tractors but I like the old equipment even better. To see a 2-3 row planter compared to todays...is just awesome..To see how far we've came in 230 years is amazing.

we have a few tractors and equipment. are oldest tractor is a john deere 50 that was the first tractor my grandpa had on his farm then it got past down to my dad, he never wants to get rid of it. then we got a john deere 60 not sure what year it is, and a john deere 730. then for equipment we got a 2 and 3 bottom plows, and an old 2 row corn planter. my dad restored all the tractors and uses all of them on the farm still.

When I lived at my old house my old boss use to have a chitload of farm malls, we would restore them and sell them at auctions. Before I moved I painted a old John Deere it won a couple shows  I even hand painted the lugs for the wheels :p

My dad has a 1946 allis chalmers wd-45. starter just went out and its hard to find parts. still runs like a champ though. we are trying to sell it at the moment though cause we moved into town and it just takes up a garage stall.

I have a1939 or a 1949 Massey Harris #333. Great shape. Me and my granpda built it from the ground up. No pics of it at the time. I took it to a tractor show last year and got 35 bucks for getting top 10.
