axle swapping

I have a 300ex swingarm that I plan on modifying to install into a trx90 that I am building.

need to know what axle setup would work, I know the 300ex axle and bearing will obviously work however I am finding it difficult to locate a good axle and carrier for a reasonable pricec.

I would like to know if there is a difference in bearing carriers so if i find a 400ex axle and carrier at a good price would it fit and work in the swingarm??????

I dono much about that.


but I do have a stock 400ex carier that is broken where you adjust the chain tension. It still works fine. just looks hack. I would let it go prety cheep if you want it.

The only one that might fit would be the 250X stuff as its all virtually the same. I doubt too much else would work for a carrier.
