coolant change and know running hot

i changed the coolint but i didnt mix it 50/50 with water know the 400 is running hotter than it did. chould i change it and use water and it looks like theres antifrez in my oil but im not to shure on that and the the quad isnt smoking or any thing. it ran fine when i was riding today. i dont know what to do.

You need to mix it with water. Anti-freeze has really poor cooling ability. The only reason anti-freeze is used is to keep corrosion, rust, and freezing to a minimum. Water is what actually cools it.

I would drain half of the anti-freeze and put distilled water in its place. ASAP.

ar15 is right on! mix that stuff and go to auto zone and get some water wetter to help it out.
